Suspended-load tunnel shot blasting machines

The hanging-load trolley shot blasting tunnels model TD are designed in different sizes. The workpieces are hung on a carrier line carried by an overhead track which guides them under the action of the turbines positioned at the different corners to provide the correct shot blasting coverage.

They are high-productivity plants used for preparation for subsequent treatments, such as painting of steel parts or generally welded structures.

For the more complex pieces it is possible to insert a blowing cabin for recovering the abrasive deposited on them, or a touch-up chamber to intervene on the most hidden corners/undercuts.
