Tumbling barrels for marble/granite or cement composites

Blast Vision produces turbine shot blasting machines for surface finishing of granite, marble, natural stone and cement-based composites, marble/resin and marble/cement. The resulting shot-blasted surface has a deburred, flame-treated, brushed or antique effect depending on the material treated and the settings configured on the machine (belt speed, abrasive throw speed, abrasive type, etc.). The treated parts can be the plane, the edge, or irregular surfaces by setting the involved turbines. The machine is equipped with an automatic abrasive recovery and cleaning system and a self-cleaning filtration plant for dust aspiration from the abrasive and to prevent leakage during processing, safeguarding operators. The machines are available in various usable widths and thicknesses, from tile/slab machines up to those for slabs.
